The Center of Translational Oral Research (TOR) was officially launched on 25th August at the Department of Clinical Dentistry (IKO), UiB.

The event started with tape-cut followed by cheerful greeting from the dean of the faculty of medicine, Prof. Per Bakke. 

More than 85 people gathered for the event, where over 20 speakers from multiple disciplines gave keynote lectures in the field of clinical dentistry and beyond.

TOR brings together a diverse network of scientists and clinicians from IKO, CIH, Gades, TKV, FHU, Alrek as well as HUH.

It provides a multidisciplinary environment to solve problems together in the future.
